Manafort-Precision recently completed a 14-story post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete frame structure for a boutique hotel that features 159 rooms and underground parking. The hotel is located across the street from the Broadway MBTA Red Line station, a short walk, drive or transit ride to Downtown Boston, the Seaport District, and the South End. Manafort-Precision was very excited to be a part of the project!
