This summer, Related-Beal celebrated the grand opening of the Beverly, a public-private partnership that is a 100 percent income-restricted rental building. The 14-story, 500,000sf project straddles I-93 as it enters Boston just after the Zakim Bridge. The building design is a case study in load transfer that was carefully designed and constructed. Manafort-Precision placed over 15,000 cubic yards of cast-in-place concrete foundations, slabs, and sidewalks on the project. We appreciate the opportunity to work on such an interesting structure.
